Here’s 3 Reasons to Stick it Out at Your Job

Are we still in the “great resignation”? Many people have left their jobs throughout the last three years, some by choice and others by layoffs and company fall-outs from the pandemic. If you’re like me, caught up in a job you hate but making pretty good money, it can be tough to decide whether you want to jump on the quitting bandwagon. Each time I get a paycheck direct deposited into my account I feel a happy sense of relief, knowing I’ll be able to survive, and even thrive, on the money I’m making. But in parallel, every morning I wake up and dread the thought of having to spend the day at work. I dream of side hustle fantasy stories I’ve read on sites like this, and crave the freedom and creative space that comes along with working for yourself. I still haven’t quit though, and I’m not unhappy with that choice. Here’s 3 solid reasons why.
