This is for you. I would love to say there is a “one size fits all” approach to working out, but the truth is there is not. While online influencers say one thing works, your friends are saying another thing, and your app is telling you something else, it can be tough to figure out something that works for you.

That is where exercise programming comes in. Exercise programming is different for everyone, an individual plan based on your personal needs, current abilities, and future goals. This allows for greater success than following a workout regimen created by someone that knows nothing about you.

One of the greatest benefits of exercise programming is being able to track your success. When you start programming, typically one would meet with a certified personal trainer, like myself, or conduct background research to determine the best fit for your individual goals. When you start, you can set up challenging exercises to cover the bases, and when those exercises begin to get easier is the first sign of progress.
